BECKY’S 90 DAYS!

At the end of the challenge I looked back at what I accomplished these past 90 days. Besides being accountable for my fitness, I learned how to get up the rope, do the monkey bars and more importantly, learned that I can’t do anything if I don’t try. I placed a lot of emphasis on working on my weaknesses. I may not be an expert at these things but I have learned that they are attainable.

Boot camps, gyms, yoga or whatever you are taking will not help you unless you give it everything you have. Ali has inspired and encouraged me to be fearless in my pursuit. Last year I wrote about how I was able to earn my trifecta, this year I earned a triple trifecta plus 6 other races. None of this would have been possible if I hadn’t joined Fit Body Boot Camp. If I didn’t have the great trainers that we do, and my workout and racing community within our boot camp. Everything joins together to give me the tools I need to succeed in my fitness and racing journey. And for that I am forever thankful to Ali.

I can’t wait to see the things I accomplish this year and will be writing about it next year.
