This boy has been working hard all year and has lost 40 pounds & over 17% body fat. He is ready to take on more challenges as he has met his goals and launched his racing career with the Fit Body Boot Camp race teams.
Eric recently completed his first Spartan Race and is headed to Beast status at the end of October. Not just Spartan Race but Ragnar Trail as well with Trainer Ali’s Ragnar Team in November.
You can always find Eric motivating his fellow boot campers on a regular basis and encouraging his friends to join in on the fun. He got serious about his health, he met his goals and we are so proud he chose Fit Body Boot Camp Foothill Ranch as his fitness home.
Keep it up, Eric, you are inspiring everyone around you.

Yes, you heard that right! Cathy Batesole is the BOM for the month of July.
Cathy has been a long time devoted member with Fit Body Boot Camp, dating back to our time in RSM, where our original location started out. And if she’s not loving on animals or volunteering at the local animal shelter, you can catch Cathy working out hard at the evening classes of Boot Camp. In striving to be fit and healthy, she does not allow herself any excuses and has established herself as a leader and one of the toughest athletes in training.
Cathy also helps cultivate our unique boot camp culture by often introducing herself to new members and making them feel welcomed. She also helps out behind the scenes on a regular basis & has participated in our EPIC Team races. As a result, Cathy is loved and admired by everyone.
Congratulations Cathy for being chosen for this award and for exemplifying what this award recognizes. We are privileged, honored and appreciative that you have chosen FBBC for your health and fitness home!
Kate and Amir Asari have been chosen as Boot Campers of the Month
These two have been long-time devoted Boot Campers for over 8 years. In fact, they happen to be one of the remaining few members who go back all the way to our original location in RSM. An impressive streak of longevity and commitment to health and fitness.
Kate can mostly be seen working out in the mornings at the 8:45am session while Amir tends to frequent the afternoon WOD and/or evening sessions. Their congenial nature is embraced and appreciated by all members, while their workout ethic proves inspiring. Kate and Amir are among some of the hardest working athletes that Boot Camp has had the pleasure of training and working out with, because of these commendable traits.
Furthermore, The Asar’s demonstrate a keen desire to strive for better health and fitness. They are always eager to contribute fitness & nutrition tips that they learn and value our program by giving constructive feedback on ways we can become better. An added bonus of having them as part of our Boot Camp culture.
In looking back at all that they contribute and give to the Boot Camp family, this proved to be and easy choice in selecting them as BOMs for May & June. So if you see Kate and Amir working out at Boot Camp, be sure to extend a heartfelt congratulatory greeting to them. We guarantee you will not be dissapointed with the way in which they respond or interact with you.
Congratulations to this POWER couple.
Jennifer Isley BOM for April
Congratulations to Jennifer Isley for being named FBBC BOM for the month of April. After attending other fitness programs in the area, Jennifer came to FBBC in February of last year. Jennifer quickly adapted to the unique culture at FBBC and committed herself to getting fit and strong with a focus and determination that is evidenced by her noticeable results. Jennifer’s fitness level has increased exponentially and has proved to inspire others who often work out with her.
Jennifer can be seen participating in Spartan and Epic races and is a frequent runner at the Saturday morning run clubs where other boot campers also training for races often attend. She has also particpated in many of the weight loss contests and other fitness related activities offered by FBBC as she understands that this helps to keep her accountable in accomplishing her health goals. She has also been open and honest with other members about various nutrition regiments she is undertaking in her quest to become even healthier. This demonstrates her willingness to help other members at FBBC in pursuit of their fitness goals.
Jennifer’s drive to become healthier extends to her daughter Jessica. She has been successful in encouraging Jessica to also participate in Spartan and EPIC racing and has managed to get her to complete a double trifecta through Spartan Race. This accomplishment is definitely worth pointing out as part of FBBC’s mission statement is to bring as many people as possible to a life of health and fitness. When parents can inspire their children to embrace this lifestyle, it is quite commendable and deserves special attention.
So as you can see, Jennifer proved an easy choice for FBBC BOM in April as she motivates and inspires others to work hard, have fun and reap the benefits of a healthy and fit lifestyle. We are thrilled to have Jennifer as a devoted member of FBBC and look forward to working with her to accomplish even more fitness goals and endeavors.
Thank you for all you bring to FBBC, Jennifer. Keep up the great work!
